At this time, our shipping methods are limited as we hone in on the best process for our business and customers. Thanks for understanding!
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS Priority and include a tracking number and insurance up to $50. If you need additional services such as signature confirmation or additional insurance, please email skye@hellohuestudio.com immediately after placing your order.
Once a package is received by the mail carrier, it is literally out of our hands. Please check the tracking number regularly for updates, but also keep in mind that shipping is still a little bonkers right now with the pandemic.
PLEASE HAVE YOUR ITEM SHIPPED TO A SECURE LOCATION. Hello Hue Studio is not responsible for packages that are stolen and cannot replace those items. Remember, this is a one-woman business, not a multi-billion dollar corporation.

USPS, UPS + FedEx are shipping carriers. They transport things.
If you want to ensure you receive your goodies from Hello Hue, please double check that you entered the correct shipping information and are using a secure shipping location.
If a shipping issue arises, we’ll do our best to help you out but Hello Hue Studio is not responsible for your package once it’s been received by a shipping carrier.
Please order your Hello Hue Studio pieces with ample time for production, packaging, and shipping. It’s not our fault that you forgot about your mother-in-law’s birthday tomorrow, and we can’t do anything about that.
Angry, ALL CAPS, and profanity-filled emails aren’t the way to go. Be respectful, civil, and understanding and we’ll do the same.
