Something not quite right?

Please email skye@hellohuestudio.com to initiate a return or exchange. I will make every reasonable effort to fix any issues.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of purchase

  • All returned items must be in new/unused condition

  • Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping

  • Refunds, excluding the cost of shipping, will be made via the original payment method once Hello Hue Studio receives the returned item

 
 

A note about returns…

Hello Hue Studio is not a mega multi-national corporation. (REMINDER: Hello Hue is actually a one-woman business). We run on a tight budget and slim profit margins, and our pieces are made to order. The time and effort it takes to process a return is not insignificant, and this is not the kind of place to order 10 items to “try out” before deciding on which one you’ll keep (and which 9 you’ll return).

Therefore, we politely request that customers think twice before buying, and many times more than that before initiating a return.

Sorry, but the customer is not always right.

Hello Hue Studio is not on Etsy for many reasons, and a big one is how their review system functions as a kind of blackmail, with customers withholding stars and changing reviews to pressure shops into giving refunds, discounts, and freebies.

That’s a shitty system.

If there is something genuinely wrong with your Hello Hue Studio piece, by all means let us know so we can work with you to fix it! But we’re not about to drop everything and make you a brand new whatever because you’re throwing a fit that the shade of yellow doesn’t perfectly match your favorite shoes.

Angry, ALL CAPS, and profanity-filled emails aren’t the way to go. Be respectful, civil, and understanding and we’ll do the same.
