Happy International Women's Day!

Happy International Women’s Day! While I have a lot of thoughts and feelings about IWD, I specifically want to talk about today because it’s a strange anniversary of sorts for me.

Today marks exactly two years since I sat down with my business advisor and my sparkly new business plan. It focused on organic growth thought a series of specifically targeted craft fairs and markets, and a smattering of wholesale accounts at regional brick-and-mortar shops.

It was - if I may say so - a damn good plan. My advisor even told me that my revenue estimates were conservative (ha!).

Everything shut down a week later.
